I am a British Showjumping UKCC Level 2 Coach with a deep passion for coaching. My goal is to help my pupils gain confidence, set achievable goals, and reach their full potential in both flatwork and showjumping.
I offer coaching at all levels, whether it’s improving flatwork, working on polework, gymnastic exercises, or jumping courses. I focus on improving both technical knowledge and riding ability, tailoring each session to meet the needs of both the horse and rider.
Now based in Lincolnshire, I coach from home and am available for freelance sessions. Previously, I coached from Hopton Horse Centre in the Wakefield/Huddersfield area, and I'm happy to travel across West Yorkshire—and further afield if there's enough demand. I typically coach seven days a week (subject to availability) and regularly work with Riding and Pony Clubs, as well as host camps and clinics throughout the year.
If you're unable to ride due to injury, pregnancy, or a loss of confidence, I’m also available to ride your horse. If you're interested in having me coach at your club or camp, please feel free to get in touch.

SHOWJUMPING, GRIDWORK, GYMNASTIC & CONFIDENCE

Experience
I competed in ponies from a young age BSJA (now known as BS) and have produced my talented mare Caprola Z ( x Cor de la Bryre) consistently through the grades to Newcomers/1.10m aiming to get to 1.30m at least in the next few years and my seven year old gelding, Dantos Boy HBC (Cantos, Numero Uno) to British Discovery.

I base myself every year with professional riders to improve my riding, my coaching, my technique, expand my knowledge and my horses.

Riders who I have based myself with include the famous Geoff Billington (Olympic Showjumper), Yazmin Pinchen (Competed up to 5* & Represented Great Britain) as well as Daniel Moseley who previously based himself with William and Pippa Funnell.

Aftercare
Training doesn't just end once the time is up and as my current clients will vouch for me that I am always there at the end of the phone for help guidance. I give homework, tips and with all my clients I set out a goal/ competition plan, no matter how small so that every lesson counts for something.

I love seeing my clients progress and I will happily attend shows and classes wherever possible to support my clients, and also include a service in my transporting where some clients take advantage of transport/lessons combined.
